  • 1Main Responsabilities

      <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Provide technical support to internal users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks.</p> <p>Register and monitor support requests, ensuring they are resolved within established deadlines.</p> <p>Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.</p> <p>Identify and document troubleshooting procedures for future reference.</p> <p>Offer basic training to users on the use of systems and applications.</p>

    <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Academic Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>University Attendance | Field of Study: Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Professional Experience:</strong></p> <p>5 years in a similar role.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and Microsoft Office package; Effective communication skills and proactive problem-solving ability; Capability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.</p>
